Terms of service

These terms apply to Hlela (hlela.auxodigital.africa and hlela-app.auxodigital.africa), a scheduling service run by Auxo Digital (Pty) Ltd ("Auxo Digital", "we"). By using Hlela you agree to them. If you use Hlela for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

Hlela lets hosts publish booking pages, lets invitees book, reschedule and cancel meetings, and, if the host connects a calendar, checks the host's Google or Microsoft calendar for conflicts and adds booked meetings to it. Hlela is currently free. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of significant changes where we can.

Accounts

Hosts sign in with Auxo ID and are responsible for activity on their account and for keeping their sign-in secure. Tell us at hello@auxodigital.africa if you think your account has been misused.

Connected calendars

Connecting a calendar is optional. When you connect one, you authorise Hlela to use it only as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time in Integrations, or revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Hlela to send spam, to harass anyone, or to collect people's details without a lawful reason.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of Hlela, including its rate limits and bot protection.
• Don't book meetings in someone else's name or with false details.

We may suspend accounts or block bookings that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Hlela (event types, descriptions, booking answers). You give us permission to store and process it only to run Hlela for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Hlela reliable, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Check important meetings in your own calendar. To the extent the law allows, Auxo Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed meetings or lost business, arising from your use of Hlela. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using Hlela at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Hlela after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
